The bond which connects to God has the same power, the same intimacy and, the same indissolubility. Death can also separate in human relationships, but on the contrary there is not death in God, so the union with Him has an indissolubility which is eternity. The difference is that in the relationship with men the love of God is present and as far as the love of God is present, the human connection becomes also true, and real in such a way that it is not only a pure sensible, passionate relationship, but is a relationship which really involves two destinies: the destiny of one and of the other; and this is true because the bond of man with God is present and really commits all the man toward God and all God toward the man: «Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul…» So Saint Paul, with this vision of faith in his theology, sees in the faith all Christian life until consumption; it means that if Christian life has is a beginning, root and basis in the faith, also its consumption is in the faith, because all Christian life’s process will be no more than exactly living this relationship, which as it is a gift by God of all Himself, so it has to be the gift of yourself to Him for all eternity.
- O ódio, a ambição provocam a guerra destruidora!
