2009 Ordinations for the Institute of Christ the King in Florence

Tuesday, 29 September 2009, Feast of St. Michael the Archangel, Archbishop Salvatore Fisichella, President of the Pontifical Academy for Life, ordained two new priests for the Insitute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest at the church of Ss. Michael and Cajetan in Florence, Italy (in addition to the three ordained in June in the same church by Archbishop Burke). Priesthood (these ordinations were not celebrated at the Institute's house in Gricigliano, but in the church of Ss. Michael and Cajetan in Florence. The ordaing bishop was H.E. Msgr. After the ordinations, Te Deum was sung in Gricigliano by H.E. Msgr. Giuseppe Betori, the new Archbishop of Florence and thus ordinary of Gricigliano. It was Msgr. Betori's first visit there:
