Recently, Our Lady of the Atonement Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas -- one of the original parishes of the "Pastoral Provision" which pre-dated Anglicanorum coetibus -- hosted a three day conference called "Becoming One" which was intended as "a gathering of all those who intend to become part of the Ordinariate when it is established for the United States."

Various reports are now up on The Anglo-Catholic, and I would direct you to this summary, as well as the complete text of a talk presented by Fr. Christopher Phillips.

Fr. Philips has also provided some images of the event. Here are just a few to give you a sense of the conference.
